Toray's High Toughness Polyester/Polyamide Fabric, which is named as “Armour Fabric” in Japanese, was originally developed to achieve the world's strongest, toughest, durable and long lasting brief cases.
It was launched in Japan, and the first brief case made of it was released in 2015.
After commercialized, a potential of this fabric is widely stepping into new fields like shoes, outdoors.

This fabric is superior against abrasions, tears and tensile stress, is oriented by Advanced technology of Toray’s Polymerization and the yarn spinning technology which makes the yarn stronger.
As a proof of the strength, a yarn used for this fabric is also being used for Air craft tire that needs to be strong and durable under severe environments.
